The Swiss Conservation-Restoration Campus will be present at the Cultura Suisse fair in Bern.
Students from the partner schools will show their projects and the heads of studies will answer your questions.

Every year, the four partner schools of the Swiss CRC reward an outstanding Master thesis with an award, in collaboration with the SKR. 

Three MA Award nominees will present their theses during the SKR annual congress:

• Ash Dupuis, Haute école Arc Conservation-restauration:
  A Brain Teaser
  Investigating the Chemical and Physical Alteration Mechanisms of Glass in Fluid Collections and their Conservation Implications for the Ariëns Kappers Brain Collection

• Denise Nistor, SUPSI, Dipartimento ambiente costruzioni e design:
  The Grotto Chapel of the Hermitage of St Mary Magdalene in the Nymphenburg Park, Munich (Germany)

• Magdalena Ritler, HKB Hochschule der Künste Bern:
  Methylcellulose Foam
  Liquid Methocel A4M Foam produced using the Double-Syringe Technique as an Adhesive-filler for lifted stiff Paint Flakes

In 2018, the European Confederation of Conservator-Restorers Organisations (E.C.C.O.) launched the European Day of Conservation-Restoration for the first time.

Conservator-Restorers invite visitors to their working places: in museums ateliers, private studios, university studios and conservation-restoration sites in monuments. Conservator-Restorers will explain their actual conservation-restoration projects with case studies to the public. 

In Switzerland, the day is organised by the Swiss Conservation-Restoration Campus and the SKR Swiss Association of Conservation-Restoration.
